As the owner of a small business, I need to implement a policy regarding appointments: if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee equivalent to 50% of the original cost will be charged. If there is a no-show, the full fee will be required. Additionally, for new appointments, payment must be made in advance.
